Prep: 10 mins | Cook time: 30 mins | Serves: 4-6

What you will need:

  • 9x Sunny Queens Bubble & Squeak Mini Fritters
  • 9x Ham & Cheese Protein Bites
  • 8x Rashes of bacon
  • 2x Yogurt pots
  • 4x Bagels
  • 3x Croissants
  • Small bowl of jam of your choice
  • 1x Punnet Strawberries
  • 1x Punnet Blueberries
  • 1x Punnet Raspberries
  • 1x Kiwi cut in half
  • 1x Pack Smoked Salmon
  • 1x Cucumber sliced into moons
  • Small bowl of cream cheese
  • ½ red onion sliced thinly
  • A handful of dill sprigs



  • Start by cooking the fritters and protein bites in the airfryer at 160°C for 10-12 minutes
  • While the fritters and protein bites are in the airfryer, cook the bacon to your liking and set aside
  • Prepare 2 small pots of yogurt jars and top with some granola and fruit of your choice
  • Build the platter by getting creative and scattering the cooked food and remaining ingredients on your serving platter
  • Enjoy!
