What you will need:
- 9x Sunny Queens Bubble & Squeak Mini Fritters
- 9x Ham & Cheese Protein Bites
- 8x Rashes of bacon
- 2x Yogurt pots
- 4x Bagels
- 3x Croissants
- Small bowl of jam of your choice
- 1x Punnet Strawberries
- 1x Punnet Blueberries
- 1x Punnet Raspberries
- 1x Kiwi cut in half
- 1x Pack Smoked Salmon
- 1x Cucumber sliced into moons
- Small bowl of cream cheese
- ½ red onion sliced thinly
- A handful of dill sprigs
Method
- Start by cooking the fritters and protein bites in the airfryer at 160°C for 10-12 minutes
- While the fritters and protein bites are in the airfryer, cook the bacon to your liking and set aside
- Prepare 2 small pots of yogurt jars and top with some granola and fruit of your choice
- Build the platter by getting creative and scattering the cooked food and remaining ingredients on your serving platter
