Cynthia Erivo’s Toasted Coconut White Hot Chocolate. This is for all my musical fans, none of which seemed to be in the room with me when I was making this.
What you will need:
- 300ml Coconut milk
- 1 Bar of Dream white chocolate
- 30ml Malibu
- 30ml Chocolate liqueur
To garnish:
- Whipped cream
- Desiccated coconut
Method
- Start by toasting some desiccated coconut in a small pan on the stove. Set aside
- Using a small saucepan, heat up the coconut milk and white chocolate, stirring constantly until melted through and then pour into heatproof mugs
- Add the Malibu and Chocolate liqueur
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of desiccated coconut to garnish
- Serve and enjoy!
