If you aren’t making your tomato salad like this for December, you’re doing it wrong!
Prep: 10 mins | Serves: 4-6
What you will need:
- 1-2 Fresh Mozzarella balls sliced into rounds
- 2-3 Large tomatoes sliced into rounds
- Fresh Basil leaves
- EVOO
- Sea salt
Method
- Alternate the mozzarella, tomatoes and basil leaves in the shape of a candy cane on your serving platter
- Drizzle some EVOO over the top and sprinkle with some sea salt
- Add a small bowl of balsamic glaze to the board and surround the bowl with some basil leaves for some extra oomph!
- Enjoy!
