One Pan Creamy Salmon Pasta

One pan creamy salmon pasta. I can’t tell you how delicious this is and so EASY! Yum x

Prep: 10 mins | Cook time: 30 mins | Serves: 2-3


What you will need:

  • 1 Wheel of Herb and Garlic cheese
  • 2 Large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 Punnet of tomatoes, halved
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • A handful of capers
  • Salt & Pepper
  • EVOO
  • Pasta of your choosing (I've used Pappardelle) 

Method

  • Start by preheating your oven to 180°C
  • In large pot, cook your pasta as per packet instructions, drain and set aside
  • Using a large baking dish, place your wheel of cheese in the middle and add the spinach, salmon fillets, tomatoes and crushed garlic around it
  • Sprinkle some capers over the top with some salt and pepper and a drizzle of EVOO
  • Bake in the oven for 30mins
  • Remove baking dish from the oven and, using a fork, mash up the cheese and tomatoes and stir through all the ingredients to create a sauce
  • Add in the drained pasta and mix through to coat
  • Serve and enjoy!
