Loaded Burrata

Loaded Buratta with crispy salami, garlic and hot honey 🤤

Prep: 5 mins | Cook time: 5 mins | Serves: 4-6


What you will need:

  • 2 Burrata balls
  • 6 slices of salami, roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • 2 Galic cloves, sliced
  • Hot honey
  • Chilli oil
  • A handful of chives, chopped
  • Sesame seeds

 

Method

  • Start by heating up the EVOO in a pan and when hot, add the chopped salami, stirring occasionally until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside
  • Add the sliced garlic into the pan and stir occasionally until crispy
  • Once cooled, chop the garlic and salami further until finely diced. Set aside
  • Place your burrata balls on a serving plate and drizzle over with chilli oil first and then followed by a drizzle of hot honey
  • Sprinkle the salami and garlic over the top and then add a sprinkle of sesame seeds and chopped chives
  • Serve and enjoy!
