Loaded Buratta with crispy salami, garlic and hot honey 🤤

Prep: 5 mins | Cook time: 5 mins | Serves: 4-6
What you will need:
- 2 Burrata balls
- 6 slices of salami, roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- 2 Galic cloves, sliced
- Hot honey
- Chilli oil
- A handful of chives, chopped
- Sesame seeds

Method
- Start by heating up the EVOO in a pan and when hot, add the chopped salami, stirring occasionally until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside
- Add the sliced garlic into the pan and stir occasionally until crispy
- Once cooled, chop the garlic and salami further until finely diced. Set aside
- Place your burrata balls on a serving plate and drizzle over with chilli oil first and then followed by a drizzle of hot honey
- Sprinkle the salami and garlic over the top and then add a sprinkle of sesame seeds and chopped chives
- Serve and enjoy!
