What you will need:

• 75ml The Ben Buckler Whiskey 
• 2 Splice ice creams, sides chopped and reserve the middle part on the stick to garnish
• 45ml Coconut water
• A handful of ice
• A Whizzing device
  

To garnish:

• Whipped cream
• Splice stick

Method

• Add all the ingredients into you whizzing device and blitz until combined
• Pour into your desired glass
• Garnish with some whipped cream on top and add the reserved Splice stick
• Serve and enjoy!
