What you will need:
- 1x Pandoro star
- 30 Pack of Ferrero Rocher
- 250ml Thickened Cream
- 250g Marscapone
- Vanilla extract
- Icing sugar
- A whizzing device
Method
- Start by adding the cream, marscapone and a drizzle of vanilla extract into your whizzing device and whisk it up. Set aside
- Slice the Pandoro into 5 equal pieces horizontally
- Start with the bottom layer of the Pandoro and spread the cream mixture over it. Then add a dollop of cream in to the edges of the star
- Line your next Pandoro layer on top and repeat the steps until you add the top layer and then add another dollop of cream on top of the top layer
- Add the Ferrero Rochers sparingly into the edges of the Pandoro layers (like adding baubles to a Christmas tree)
- Sprinkle some icing sugar over the top
- Serve and enjoy!
