Ferrero Rocher Pandoro

Here’s an elevated Christmas dessert that looks incredible but is secretly so easy. ✨

What you will need:

  • 1x Pandoro star
  • 30 Pack of Ferrero Rocher
  • 250ml Thickened Cream
  • 250g Marscapone 
  • Vanilla extract
  • Icing sugar
  • A whizzing device

Method

  • Start by adding the cream, marscapone and a drizzle of vanilla extract into your whizzing device and whisk it up. Set aside
  • Slice the Pandoro into 5 equal pieces horizontally 
  • Start with the bottom layer of the Pandoro and spread the cream mixture over it. Then add a dollop of cream in to the edges of the star
  • Line your next Pandoro layer on top and repeat the steps until you add the top layer and then add another dollop of cream on top of the top layer
  • Add the Ferrero Rochers sparingly into the edges of the Pandoro layers (like adding baubles to a Christmas tree)
  • Sprinkle some icing sugar over the top
  • Serve and enjoy!
