What you will need:
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- A handful of parsley, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp plain flour
- 75ml Milk
- 400 BBQ chicken, shredded
- 4x Puff pastry sheets, halved
- Garlic & Herb butter, cut into small squares
- 2 Eggs, whisked
Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Lay 4 sheets of puff pastry to the tray and set aside
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium-high heat and add the garlic and parsley and give it a stir. Add in the flour and stir through until combined
- Add in the milk and chicken and stir through
- Add the mixture to the puff pastry sheets on the lined baking tray and cover them with the remaining 4 puff pastry sheets
- Using the back of a fork, press down along all sides of the pastry squares and then score the tops with a knife
- Brush some egg wash over the top and then pop the pan into the oven for 20 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
