This is the perfect starter for the festive season. Served with some toasted sourdough - Yum!
Prep time: 5 mins | Cook time: 10 mins | Serves: 2
What you will need:
- 1 ½ Cups of red grapes
- EVOO
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Packet of prociutto
- ⅓ Cup of chopped pistachios
- 1 Tbsp of fresh thyme
Method
- Add your washed grapes to the baking dish, drizzle over some EVOO and some balsamic vinegar, sprinkle some salt and pepper on top and give it a stir and then place in the oven for 10 minutes
- In the meantime, break open the burrata and spread it across your serving plate
- Fold over some of the prosciutto and place them sparingly over the burrata
- Spoon in the grapes in the spaces between the prosciutto
- Sprinkle over the chopped pistachios, drizzle over some EVOO and top with some more salt and pepper
- Viola - enjoy over some toasted sourdough
