Baked Grapes with Burrata


This is the perfect starter for the festive season. Served with some toasted sourdough - Yum!

Prep time: 5 mins  | Cook time: 10 mins | Serves: 2

What you will need:

  • 1 ½ Cups of red grapes
  • EVOO
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Packet of prociutto
  • ⅓ Cup of chopped pistachios
  • 1 Tbsp of fresh thyme



  • Add your washed grapes to the baking dish, drizzle over some EVOO and some balsamic vinegar, sprinkle some salt and pepper on top and give it a stir and then place in the oven for 10 minutes
  • In the meantime, break open the burrata and spread it across your serving plate
  • Fold over some of the prosciutto and place them sparingly over the burrata
  • Spoon in the grapes in the spaces between the prosciutto
  • Sprinkle over the chopped pistachios, drizzle over some EVOO and top with some more salt and pepper
  • Viola - enjoy over some toasted sourdough
