One Tray Korma Bake


One pan chicken korma bake 👌🏼 One pan everything for the win. This dish packed a punch and was SO easy to make.

Prep: 5 mins | Cook time: 55 mins | Serves: 4

What you will need:

  • 200g of washed basmati rice
  • 4 tbsp korma curry paste
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 2 diced garlic
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tsp of mild curry powder
  • 2 tsp of caster sugar
  • 2 tsp of cumin
  • 150 – 200 ml of chicken stock



  • In a large oven dish, add your washed rice and your korma curry paste on top
  • Add red onion, garlic, coconut milk and stir
  • Add your chicken thigh on top of the rice and drizzle with olive oil, curry powder cumin, chicken stock & sugar
  • Cover with foil and pop it into the oven for 45 min on 180 °C.
  • Remove foil and place it back in the oven for a further 10 mins on 180 °C to brown up
  • Sprinkle some coriander on top
  • Add dollops of natural yogurt with chopped mint on top and serve with poppadoms
