If there was ever a cheesecake you couldn’t mess up it’s this! Literally a couple of ingredients, blitz it all up and let is ‘cook’ in the fridge. So delicious a small slither is all you need. Thank me later!
Prep: 5 mins | Cook time: 3-4 hours fridge time | Serves: 8-10
What you will need:
- 1 Packet of nice biscuits
- 1 Small jar of Nutella
- 45g Butter
- 1/2 Cup icing sugar
- 1/2 Cup hazelnuts and 1/2 cup walnuts mixed together and lightly toasted and crushed
- 500g Cream cheese, at room temperature
- A Cake tin
- A Blitzer
Method
- Add the biscuits into your food processor and blitz into a crumb
- Add the butter, 1 Tbsp of Nutella and 1/3 cup of the nut mix into the food processor and blitz again until combined
- Pour the crumb to the bottom of your cake tin and squash it down with your fingers to make a flat base. Pop the tin into the fridge to set
- Add the cream cheese, the rest of the jar of Nutella and the icing sugar to the food processor and blitz until combined
- Pour the chocolate spread over the top of the crumb base in the cake tin and use the back of a spoon to smooth
- Sprinkle the remaining nuts over the top and pop it into the fridge for 3-4 hours
- Serve and enjoy!
