Easter Aperol Spritz 🥕🐰 I’ve really leaned into the Easter cocktail this year and this is the perfect cocktail for brunch. Dutch carrots optional but aren’t they so CUTE!

What you will need:

• Prosecco
• 30ml Aperol
• Orange Juice
• Soda water
• Ice
  

To garnish:

• A carrot 
• A sprig of greenery (I've used the stem of the carrot)

Method

• Free pour some Prosecco into a glass with a handful of ice 
• Add a shot of aperol, a dash of orange juice and top it up with soda water
• Stir through with a straw and garnish with a carrot and sprig of greenery
• Serve and enjoy!
