Easter Aperol Spritz š„š° Iāve really leaned into the Easter cocktail this year and this is the perfect cocktail for brunch. Dutch carrots optional but arenāt they so CUTE!

What you will need:
- Prosecco
- 30ml Aperol
- Orange Juice
- Soda water
- Ice
To garnish:
- A carrotĀ
- A sprig of greenery (I've used the stem of the carrot)

Method
- Free pour some Prosecco into a glass with a handful of iceĀ
- Add a shot of aperol, a dash of orange juice and top it up with soda water
- Stir through with a straw and garnish with a carrot and sprig of greenery
- Serve and enjoy!
