What you will need:

1 Tub of hummus

1 Can of chickpeas

A pinch of paprika

A pinch of garlic salt
-
Salt & Pepper
-
EVOO
-
¼ Cup of toasted pine nuts

A handful of chopped parsley
-
A squeeze of lemon juice
-
Toasted pita bread to serve
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with baking paper
- Spread can of chickpeas on to the pan and sprinkle over the paprika, garlic salt and EVOO. Mix it all together and pop it into the oven for 20 minutes
- Toast the pine nuts on fry pan and set aside
- Spread the tub of hommus over your serving dish and then layer with the chickpeas and then pine nuts on top
- Sprinkle over some salt, pepper, paprika, the chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice and then drizzle over with EVOO
- Serve with toasted pita bread and enjoy!
