Loaded Hommus Dip

The perfect dip for entertaining. Looks like you have gone to way more effort than you actually have!

Prep time: 5 mins | Cook time: 20 mins | Serves: 6

What you will need:

  • 1 Tub of hummus 

  • 1 Can of chickpeas 

  • A pinch of paprika 

  • A pinch of garlic salt 

  • Salt & Pepper 

  • EVOO

  • ¼ Cup of toasted pine nuts 

  • A handful of chopped parsley 

  • A squeeze of lemon juice 

  • Toasted pita bread to serve



  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with baking paper
  • Spread can of chickpeas on to the pan and sprinkle over the paprika, garlic salt and EVOO. Mix it all together and pop it into the oven for 20 minutes 
  • Toast the pine nuts on fry pan and set aside
  • Spread the tub of hommus over your serving dish and then layer with the chickpeas and then pine nuts on top
  • Sprinkle over some salt, pepper, paprika, the chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice and then drizzle over with EVOO
  • Serve with toasted pita bread and enjoy!
