Baked Feta Dip


I know what you’re thinking this looks like the baked feta pasta recipe. Well it's basically the same, but you serve this as a starter with bread. Wow was this delicious!

Prep time: 5 mins  | Cook time: 25 mins | Serves: 4

What you will need:

  • 1 Punnet on solanato tomatoes
  • 1 Small tub of feta stuffed green olives
  • 1 Small tub of mixed olives with chilli
  • Salt & Pepper
  • ⁠2 Tbsp of EVOO
  • ⁠2 Cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 Square of feta
  • Sprinkle of chilli flakes
  • Toasted ciabatta bread



  • Preheat your oven to 180°C 
  • Scatter the tomatoes and both varieties of olives into an deep oven pan. Add the garlic, drizzle over the EVOO, sprinkle some salt and pepper over the top and mix it all together
  • Make some space in the middle and add your square of feta with a sprinkle of chilli flakes and drizzle of EVOO over the top
  • Place it into the oven for 20 minutes and serve with toasted ciabatta bread
