Jammy Eggs with Chilli Butter and Garlic Yoghurt has become my new fav breakfast 🤤

What you will need:
- 30g Butter
- Honey
- 1/2 Tbsp of crispy chilli oil
- 3 Tbsp greek yogurt
- A handful of chives, chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Egg
- Sourdough
Method
- Start by bringing some water to boil in a small pot over high heat and then adding your egg and allow to boil for 6.5 minutes. Remove the egg and place it immediately into ice water
- While the egg is boiling, heat up the butter in a pot over medium high heat until bubbling and then add a drizzle of honey and the crispy chilli oil. Stir for a minute until fragrant and then remove from heat and set aside
- In a small bowl, add the greek yogurt, garlic and chives and stir until combined
- Spoon the greek yogurt mixture on your plate, layer your jammy egg over the top and dollop some of the chilli honey mixture over the top with a sprinkle of extra dill
- Serve with some toasted sourdough and enjoy!
