Jammy Eggs with Chilli Butter and Garlic Yoghurt

Jammy Eggs with Chilli Butter and Garlic Yoghurt has become my new fav breakfast 🤤

What you will need:

  • 30g Butter
  • Honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp of crispy chilli oil
  • 3 Tbsp greek yogurt
  • A handful of chives, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Egg
  • Sourdough


Method

  • Start by bringing some water to boil in a small pot over high heat and then adding your egg and allow to boil for 6.5 minutes. Remove the egg and place it immediately into ice water
  • While the egg is boiling, heat up the butter in a pot over medium high heat until bubbling and then add a drizzle of honey and the crispy chilli oil. Stir for a minute until fragrant and then remove from heat and set aside
  • In a small bowl, add the greek yogurt, garlic and chives and stir until combined
  • Spoon the greek yogurt mixture on your plate, layer your jammy egg over the top and dollop some of the chilli honey mixture over the top with a sprinkle of extra dill
  • Serve with some toasted sourdough and enjoy!
