What you will need:
- 3 Large wraps
- 6 Slices of ham
- 6 Slices of cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup of cream
- A handful of spring onions, finely sliced
- 1/2 Cup of grated cheese, extra for on top

Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 180°CÂ
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, cream, spring onions, grated cheese and some salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until combined and set aside
- Lay one of the wraps on a flat surface and layer with ham, then layer another wrap with cheese on top and topping it with the last wrap
- Roll the wrap up tightly into a log, cut into 9 pieces and place each piece into a muffin tray
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tops and then sprinkle some grated cheese on top
- Pop the tray into the oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top
- Serve and enjoy!
