What you will need:

• 30ml Licor43
• 30ml Vodka
• 10ml Lime juice
• Coke Zero
• 50ml Coconut cream
• 1 Tbsp of maple syrup
• A handful of ice
• A Milk frother

To Garnish

• Lime round

Method

• Start by adding the coconut cream and maple syrup to a small glass or jug and froth with a milk frother until light and creamy
• Fill your desired glass with ice, then pour enough Coke Zero to fill it half way
• Add the Licor43, Vodka and fresh lime juice and stir to combine
• Spoon the coconut foam over the time and garnish with a round of fresh lime
• Serve immediately with one final stir and enjoy!
