The EASIEST dumpling noodle soup in the rice cooker (you heard me right 😉) Throw in your fav ingredients, cover in stock and BOOM - dinner in 12 mins.
Prep: 5 mins | Cook time: 17 mins | Serves: 4
What you will need:
- 12 x dumplings (what ever flavour you like)
- handful of chopped cabbage
- handful of chopped mushrooms
- handful of spring onions
- 1 small packet of vermicelli noodles
- 1 tsp of chilli oil
- cover in chicken or beef stock
- sprinkle of coriander to finish
Method
- Place all ingredients in the rice cooker
- Cook in the rice cooker for 12 minutes
- Serve hot with a sprinkle with coriander, and enjoy! - I wasn’t kidding when I said it was easy
