Add this to your Christmas sides list! Crispy Potatoes on a bed of garlic yoghurt goodness topped with a citrus shallot sauce. Wow this is packed full of flavour and is mouth watering good. A few steps in the sauce but it is really worth it. Enjoy x

What you will need:
- 500g Baby potatoes
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- EVOO
- Crushed garlic
- A handful of coriander, chopped
- A handful of shallots, chopped
- A handful of spring onions, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 Tub of natural yogurt
Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 200°C, line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside
- Roughly chop the potatoes and scatter them on to the baking tray
- Drizzle over some EVOO and sprinkle some onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper on top
- Use your hands to toss through and combine and then place the potatoes into the oven for 30 mins
- While the potatoes are cooking, add 1 Tbsp of crushed garlic into a small bowl together with the coriander, shallots, spring onions and lime juice. Add a drizzle of EVOO and a sprinkle of salt and stir to combine. Set aside
- In another bowl, add the tub of yogurt with a tablespoon of crushed garlic and a sprinkle of salt. Stir to combine and then spread onto your serving plate
- Once the potatoes have cooked and slightly cooled, layer them on top of the yogurt spread and then drizzle over the sauce mixture
- Serve and enjoy!
