Just filling your feed with another wreath salad 😉 Rocket, peach, prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, olive oil, balsamic glaze and finished off with salt and pepper. Perfect for Christmas Day 🥗🎄

What you will need:
- 2 Slices of sourdoughÂ
- 1 Packet of rocket
- 2 Peaches, sliced
- 200g Prosciutto, torn into pieces
- Mozzarella ball
- Basil leaves
- EVOO
- Salt and Pepper
- Balsamic glaze
- A circular platter

Method
- Start by heating up some EVOO in a fry pan and frying up the sourdough slices for 2 mins on each side (or until golden). Remove from the pan, allow to cool and then chop them up into pieces to create the croutons
- Form the 'wreath' circle using the rocket on a circular platter. Don't be afraid to go quiet high with the rocket, it will look lush!
- Layer the slices of peach on top of the wreath and place the prosciutto pieces in between the peach slices
- Break up the mozzarella ball and layer the pieces on top followed by the croutons
- Drizzle over some EVOO and balsamic glaze
- Sprinkle over some salt and pepper
- Serve and enjoy!
