What you will need:
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- 8 Sausages, skin removed
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp Italian herbs
- 1 Tsp tomato paste
- 200ml cream
- Pasta of your choice
- A handful of parsleyÂ
- A handful of parmesan cheeseÂ

Method
- Start by heating up the EVOO in a pot and adding in the sausages, breaking it up as you go, until the sausage meat is cooked and there are some golden bits
- While the sausages are cooking through, in a seperate pot, cook the pasta of your choice as per packet instructions. Once cooked, reserve 1/2 a cup of the pasta water, drain the rest and set aside
- Once the sausages have cooked through, add the garlic, paprika, Italian herbs and tomato paste. Stir for 1 minute
- Add the cream, pasta, reserved pasta water, parsley and parmesan cheese to the pot and stir through
- Serve and enjoy!
