What you will need:
- 2 Bagels
- Cream cheese
- Glad bag
- 100g Butter
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- A handful of parmesan cheese
- A handful of parsley, chopped
Method
- Start by making 4 cuts across each bagel, making sure the cuts do not go all the way down
- Stuff a glad bag with cream cheese and snip the edge of the bottom of the bag to pipe into each cut slice of the bagel and set the bagels aside
- In a shallow dish, melt down the butter, add the parmesan and parsley and stir to combine
- Dip the bagel into the dressing face down and then bake in the air fryer for 6 mins at 180°C
- Serve and enjoy!
