- Salami of your choice
- Prosciutto
- Artichokes
- Brie cheese
- Cherries
- Green olives
- Kalamata olives
- Stuffed bell peppers
- Crackers of your choice
- Quince paste
- Wafer thin crackers
- Red Rock Deli Basil Pesto, Pecorino & Cashews dip
- Red Rock Roasted Sweet Potato, Smoked Paprika & Cashews dip
- (Or any dips of your choosing)
To decorate
- Rosemary
- Sage leaves
- Baby cranberries
Method
- Create 2-3 salami roses (these are a must to create this aesthetically pleasing savoury wreath!) Here is a link to show you exactly how it is done
