Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

If there was a skill level required for this it would be 1! So easy & so tasty. Prepping my breakfast has been a game changer.

Prep time: 5 mins | Cook time: 2 hours + | Serves: 4


What you will need:

  • 1 Cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup of grated carrots
  • 3 Tbsp of sultanas
  • 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp of all spice (I added some cinnamon as well)
  • 1 1/4 Cup of milk of your choice
  • 1 Tsp of vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp of maple syrup



  • Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine
  • Pour in the wet ingredients over the top and stir to combine
  • Place the bowl into the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours 
  • Serve with some yogurt and nuts of your choosing and enjoy!
