Prep time: 5 mins | Cook time: 2 hours + | Serves: 4
What you will need:
- 1 Cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 Cup of grated carrots
- 3 Tbsp of sultanas
- 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/4 Tsp of all spice (I added some cinnamon as well)
- 1 1/4 Cup of milk of your choice
- 1 Tsp of vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp of maple syrup
Method
- Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine
- Pour in the wet ingredients over the top and stir to combine
- Place the bowl into the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours
- Serve with some yogurt and nuts of your choosing and enjoy!
