Hugo Spritz 🍹 What a delicious way to enjoy some elderflower liquor. YUM 😋

Cocktail → Video

What you will need:

• 1/2 Slice of cucumber
• Juice of 1 lime
• 60ml Elderflower liqueur
  
• Prosecco
• A handful of ice
• A cocktail shaker

To garnish:

• Cucumber slivers, rolled
• Mint sprigs
  

Method

• Start by adding the cucumber, lime juice and elderflower liqueur to your cocktail shaker and muddle down the ingredients
• Add a handful of ice to your desired glass and a couple of cucumber slivers between the ice
• Pour in the liquid from the cocktail shaker and top up your glass with some prosecco
• Add a sprig of mint to garnish
• Serve and enjoy!
