What you will need:
- 1 Packet of Pumpkin ravioli
- 60g Butter
- A handful of sage leavesĀ
- 50g Goats cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 Cup pine nuts

Method
- Start by boiling a pot of water and cooking the ravioli as per packet instructions, then drain and set aside
- Meanwhile, in a large pan on medium heat, add the pine nuts to the dry skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and set aside
- Return the pan to the heat and add in the butter. Let it bubble up and begin to brown, swirling the pan occasionally
- Once the butter has lightly browned, add in the sage leaves and allow to sizzle for 2-3 minutes until fragrant
- Add in the goats cheese and a sprinkle of salt and pepper and stir through until meltedĀ
- Add the ravioli to the pan and stir to coat through the butter sauceĀ
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer the ravioli to a plate and then drizzle the butter sauce on top
- Serve with a sprinkle of pine nuts on top and enjoy!
