What you will need:

• 1/2 Cup Malibu
• 2 Slices of fresh pineapple, chopped
• 10 Mini meringues
• 2-3 Scoops of coconut ice cream 
• A handful of ice
• A whizzing device

 To Garnish:

• Whipped cream
• Passionfruit pulp
• Coconut flakes
• Mini meringues

Method

• Add all the ingredients into your whizzing device and blitz until combined 
• Pour into your desired glasses and add some whipped cream on top
• Spoon some passionfruit pulp on top with a sprinkle of coconut flakes and a mini meringue
• Serve and enjoy x
