Air Fryer Salmon Boats

The easiest air fryer salmon boats that were so delicious! 🤤

Prep: 10 mins | Cook time: 25 mins | Serves: 2


What you will need:

  • 2 Sheets of baking paper
  • String
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 4 Asparagus stalks, halved
  • A handful of mushrooms, sliced
  • EVOO
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard 
  • 3 Tsp chilli Honey
  • 3 Cloves garlic, crushed



  • Start by folding your sheets of baking paper like a fan and then tie at both ends to create the 'boat'
  • Line the bottom of the boat with the spring onion and then layer the asparagus and mushrooms on top. Drizzle over with some EVOO and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Place the salmon fillet on top
  • In a small mixing bowl, add the dijon mustard, 1/4 cup EVOO, garlic, chilli honey, salt and pepper and stir to combine
  • Brush the mixture over the top of the salmon fillets and place into your airfryet at 180°C and for 25 minutes
  • Serve it up with some rice and enjoy!
