The easiest air fryer salmon boats that were so delicious! 🤤

What you will need:
- 2 Sheets of baking paper
- String
- 2 Spring onions
- 4 Asparagus stalks, halved
- A handful of mushrooms, sliced
- EVOO
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 tsp Dijon mustardÂ
- 3 Tsp chilli Honey
- 3 Cloves garlic, crushed

Method
- Start by folding your sheets of baking paper like a fan and then tie at both ends to create the 'boat'
- Line the bottom of the boat with the spring onion and then layer the asparagus and mushrooms on top. Drizzle over with some EVOO and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Place the salmon fillet on top
- In a small mixing bowl, add the dijon mustard, 1/4 cup EVOO, garlic, chilli honey, salt and pepper and stir to combine
- Brush the mixture over the top of the salmon fillets and place into your airfryet at 180°C and for 25 minutes
- Serve it up with some rice and enjoy!
