What you will need:

• 60ml Aperol
• 60ml Pomegranate juice
• 115ml Prosecco
• 30ml Soda water
• A handful of ice

 

To garnish:

• Pomegranate arils
• Orange slice
• Rosemary sprig

Method

• Add all the ingredients to your desired glass
• Garnish with a sprinkle of pomegranate arils, a slice of orange and a rosemary sprig to garnish
• Serve and enjoy!
