I’ve found it! The easiest summer cocktail with literally 2 ingredients. Note - the strawberry is purely decorative and these need to be drunk as soon as they are made. Make as you need instead of mixing it up in a big batch (takes 1 min to whizz) Thank me later x

What you will need:

• 1/2 Tub of Weiss sorbet 
• 1/2 Bottle of champagne
• A blender 

Method

• Add both ingredients into a blender/food processor and blitz until combined
• Pour into your desired glasses
• Serve and enjoy!
