What you will need:
- 1 Round of Brie cheese
- EVOO
- 1 Packet of prosciutto, chopped
- Fig jam
- Chives
- Sourdough, sliced

Method
- Start by peeling the round of Brie, placing it into a bowl and using an electric mixer to blend it until smooth and creamy
- Heat up some EVOO in a pan on medium heat and toast the sourdough slices. Remove from pan and set aside
- Add some more EVOO into the pan and toast the prosciutto until crispy
- Add a dollop of fig jam to the sourdough slice and then a row of creamy Brie dollops. Follow this by another row of fig jam and another row of creamy Brie and continue until the slice of sourdough is full
- Sprinkle over the toasted prosciutto and a sprinkle of chives
- Serve and enjoy!
