Crispy Rice Paper with Tuna. Who knew a rice paper could do this?

What you will need:
- 1 Packet Rice Paper
- 200g Sashimi grade tuna
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tsp Sesame oil
- 2 Spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp of sesame seeds
Method
- Start by frying up the rice paper as per packet instructions and set aside
- Chop the tuna up into small cubes
- In a bowl, combine the tuna, soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, spring onions and sesame seeds and stir to combine
- Spoon the mixture on to the rice paper crackers
- Serve and enjoy!
