Crispy Rice Paper with Tuna. Who knew a rice paper could do this?

What you will need:

  • 1 Packet Rice Paper
  • 200g Sashimi grade tuna
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp of sesame seeds


Method

  • Start by frying up the rice paper as per packet instructions and set aside
  • Chop the tuna up into small cubes
  • In a bowl, combine the tuna, soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, spring onions and sesame seeds and stir to combine
  • Spoon the mixture on to the rice paper crackers
  • Serve and enjoy!
