On the easy dinner bandwagon? This ones for you and it's delicious!

What you will need:
- 500g Chicken thigh fillets, quartered
- 200g green beans, trimmed
- 1 Tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tsp fish sauce
- 4 Radishes, thinly sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 Tsp ground tumeric
- 1 Bag of 90 sec microwave brown rice and quinoa
- 1/3 Cup almond spread
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 165g Coconut milk
- 1/4 Cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemongrass paste
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 Tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Add the chicken thigh fillets, fish sauce, lime juice, turmeric, almond spread, soy sauce, coconut milk, lemongrass paste and crushed garlic to a large mixing bowl and stir until coated and combined
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces, turning over occasionally until cooked through
- Heat up the 90 second rice and quinoa bag and then transfer to your serving plates with the green beans and sliced radishes
- Once chicken is cooked, transfer to serving plates, garnish with the coriander leaves and chopped almonds
- Serve and enjoy!
