What you will need:

  • 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 1/2 Cups of orchiette pasta
  • 2 1/2 Cups of chicken stock
  • 1/3 Cup cream
  • 20g Butter
  • A handful of grated parmesan cheese
  • A handful of parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tsp chilli oil

Method

  • StartĀ byĀ heating up the EVOO in a pan on medium heat, add the garlic and orchiette pasta and stir through for 1 minuteĀ 
  • Add the chicken stock, cover the pan with a lid and allow to boil for 8-10 minutes until soft and cooked through
  • Add in the cream and butter and stir through until the butter has melted
  • Add in the parmesan cheese, parsley and chilli oil and again stir through until the cheese has melted through
  • Serve and enjoy!
