What you will need:
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- 1 Garlic clove, crushed
- 1 1/2 Cups of orchiette pasta
- 2 1/2 Cups of chicken stock
- 1/3 Cup cream
- 20g Butter
- A handful of grated parmesan cheese
- A handful of parsley, chopped
- 1 Tsp chilli oil
Method
- StartĀ byĀ heating up the EVOO in a pan on medium heat, add the garlic and orchiette pasta and stir through for 1 minuteĀ
- Add the chicken stock, cover the pan with a lid and allow to boil for 8-10 minutes until soft and cooked through
- Add in the cream and butter and stir through until the butter has melted
- Add in the parmesan cheese, parsley and chilli oil and again stir through until the cheese has melted through
- Serve and enjoy!
