The most delicious at home Almond Croissants 🥐 The real MVP here is the @colessupermarkets buttery bake at home croissants. Why have I not tried these sooner?!

Prep: 5 mins | Cook time: 20 minutes | Serves: 6
What you will need:
- Coles All Butter Croissants
- 15g Butter
- 15g Vanilla protein powder
- A dash of almond extract
- 1 Tsp white sugar
- A handful of almond flakes
- Icing sugar
- A piping bag (or a glad bag with the corner cut off)
Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 170°C and line a baking tray with baking paper
- Place the croissants on to the baking paper and pop them into the oven for 19 minutes
- While the croissants are in the oven, place the butter, protein powder, almond extract and white sugar into a bowl and stir through until it becomes a paste like mixture. Add the mixture into a piping bag
- Once the croissants are ready, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly
- Pipe the mixture over the croissants, sprinkle over some almond flakes and icing sugar
- Serve and enjoy!
