Miso Glazed Steak Bowls with Creamy Cucumber salad. Absolutely delicious and an easy mid week meal x

What you will need:
- 160g Lean steak
- 40g Sticky rice
- 1/2 Cucumber, chopped
Miso glaze
- 1 Tsp miso
- 1 Tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tsp garlic paste
- 1 Tsp sesame oil
Creamy cucumber salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp yoghurt
- 1 Heaped tsp of tahini
- 1 Tsp miso
- 1 Tsp honey
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 Tsp garlic paste
- 1 Spring onion, finely chopped
Method
- Start by cooking the sticky rice according to the packet instructions and set aside
- In a small bowl, add the miso glaze ingredients together and whisk to combine. Set aside
- Sprinkle your steak with some salt on both sides and sear it over high heat on both sides until browned. Pour the glaze over the top and let it bubble. Flip the steak over every 30 seconds until the sauce has thickened and glazed the meat. Remove from the pan and allow to rest
- In a bowl, add all the cucumber salad dressing ingredients and stir to combine. Add in the cucumber and stir through until coated
- Add your rice and salad to your serving plate
- Slice the steak and add it on top and drizzle over the excess glaze from the pan
- Serve and enjoy!
