I wish you could smell these through the screen... a super easy side dish to accompany any meat.

What you will need:
- Dutch carrots
- Prosciutto
- 1/3 Cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp seeded mustard
- 25g Butter, melted
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Preheat your oven to 160 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper
- Add the maple syrup, seeded mustard, butter, salt and pepper to a bowl and stir to combine
- Roll a slice of prosciutto around a dutch carrot and then proceed with remaining carrots and prosciutto. Line them on the baking tray
- Brush the glaze over the carrots and then pop them into the oven for 30 mins
- Plate the carrots on a serving platter
- Serve and enjoy!
