Maple Glazed Dutch Carrots

I wish you could smell these through the screen... a super easy side dish to accompany any meat.

What you will need:

  • Dutch carrots
  • Prosciutto
  • 1/3 Cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp seeded mustard
  • 25g Butter, melted
  • Salt and Pepper




      • Preheat your oven to 160 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper
      • Add the maple syrup, seeded mustard, butter, salt and pepper to a bowl and stir to combine
      • Roll a slice of prosciutto around a dutch carrot and then proceed with remaining carrots and prosciutto. Line them on the baking tray
      • Brush the glaze over the carrots and then pop them into the oven for 30 mins
      • Plate the carrots on a serving platter
      • Serve and enjoy!
