It’s Australia’s #1 vanilla for a reason! This Easter, I’m pairing Blue Ribbon with a brioche hot cross bun bread and butter pudding - grab a tub and thank me later.

Prep: 15 mins | Cook time: 45mins | Serves: 6-8
What you will need:
- 6 Cadbury Hot Cross Buns
- Butter
- 6 Eggs
- 500ml Milk
- 300ml Thickened cream
- 2Tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/2 Cup caster sugar
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180 °C and lightly grease a baking dish
- In a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and whisk through to combine
- Cut the Hot Cross Buns in half and butter each half. Lay the 6 bottom halves in the baking dish and pour half the mixture over the top
- Add the tops of the Hot Cross Buns and then pour over the remaining mixture
- Pop it in to the oven for 45 minutes
- This dish is best served with some Blue Ribbon Vanilla
