Testing out the frozen tomato burrata š Such a different way to create this famous salad. I really enjoyed it. I will definitely add some sourdough next time. Yum!š

What you will need:
- 2 Large tomatoesĀ
- 2 Burrata balls
- EVOO
- Glazed balsamic
- Salt and Pepper
- Basil leaves

Method
- StartĀ byĀ placing the tomatoes in the freezer overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours
- Place the burrata balls on to your serving plate and cut them open
- Using the small side of a grater, grate the frozen tomatoes over the balls of burrata
- Sprinkle over some salt and pepper with a drizzle of glazed balsamic and EVOO
- Garnish with a couple of basil leave
- Serve with some toasted sourdough and enjoy!
