What you will need:
- 10 Cinnamon doughnuts, cut in half horizontallyÂ
- 410g Can of pink lady apple slices in juice, finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup sultanasÂ
- 4 Eggs, lightly whisked
- 300ml Thickened cream
- 3/4 Cup milk
- 1 Tsp vanilla extractÂ
- 1/4 Cup caster sugar
- Boiling water
- Icing sugar

Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 160°C and grease a baking dish
- Arrange the donught bases, cut side up into your baking dish
- Divide the apples and sultanas on top of the bases and then replace the topsÂ
- In a large jug, whisk together the eggs, cream milk, vanilla and caster sugar and then pour over the doughnuts
- Pour enough boiling water into the pan to reach halfway up the side of the dish
- Pop them into the oven for 50 minutes or until the centre of the pudding is just set
- Set aside for 10 mins to cool slightly before serving
- Dust some icing sugar over the top
- Serve and enjoy!
