What you will need:
- 20g Butter
- 2 Bananas, sliced into rounds
- A handful of dates, chopped
- A handful of walnuts, chopped
- Cinnamon
- Maple Syrup
- Yoghurt of your choosing
Method
- Start by melting the butter in a pan over medium heat
- Add in the bananas, dates, walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Stir through until has caramelised and dates have softened
- Scoop some yogurt into a bowl, top with the cooked bananas, dates and walnuts
- Drizzle some maple syrup over the top
- Serve and enjoy!
