Caramelised Banana, Date & Walnut Yogurt

What you will need:

  • 20g Butter
  • 2 Bananas, sliced into rounds
  • A handful of dates, chopped
  • A handful of walnuts, chopped
  • Cinnamon
  • Maple Syrup
  • Yoghurt of your choosing

 

Method

  • Start by melting the butter in a pan over medium heat
  • Add in the bananas, dates, walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Stir through until has caramelised and dates have softened
  • Scoop some yogurt into a bowl, top with the cooked bananas, dates and walnuts
  • Drizzle some maple syrup over the top
  • Serve and enjoy!
