What’s better than Brie cheese? BAKED BRIE! The easiest way to scale up your grazing board. This was delicious.
Prep: 5 mins | Cook time: 15 mins | Serves: 4-6
What you will need:
- 1 Round of brie
- Honey
- Chilli flakes
- A handful of walnuts, chopped
- A handful of cranberries, chopped
- The leaves of 1 rosemary sprig
Method
- Preheat your oven to 160 °C and line a baking tray with foil
- Place the round of brie on to the baking tray and using a knife, score a cross hatch into the top of the rind
- Drizzle over some honey, chilli flakes, walnuts, cranberries and rosemary leaves over the top
- Pop it into the oven for 15 mins or until the cheese is soft and oozing
- Serve immediately with your favourite crackers and enjoy!
