Raspberry Lemon Spritz 🍹The perfect cocktail for this beautiful summer weather we are having in Sydney. It’s light, refreshing, fruity and sweet.

What you will need:

• 15ml Raspberry vodka
• Licor 43
• Lemon juice
• Soda water
• A handful of ice
  

To garnish:

• Frozen raspberries 
  

Method

• Start by adding a handful of ice to your desired glass
• Add the vodka, a dash of Licor 43 and a dash of lemon juice into your glass and top it up with soda water
  
• Add in some frozen raspberries and stir through
• Serve and enjoy!
