What you will need:
- 2 Heaped spoons of pistachio ice cream
- 45ml Vodka
- 30ml Baileys
- A cocktail shaker
To garnish:
- Pistachio cream
- Crushed pistachios
Method
- Start by adding all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker and give it a good shake
- Rim your desired glass with some pistachio cream and roll it through some crushed pistachios
- Pour the cocktail into your garnished glass
- Serve and enjoy!
