I love a good negroni and this one surprised me in the best possible way. Do yourself a favour and give it a go!
What you will need:
- 30ml pink gin
- ¾ shot of vermouth
- ½ shot of aperol
- Wedge of pink grapefruit
- Basil leaf
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a glass with ice and stir
- Add a wedge of pink grapefruit and basil leaf and enjoy!
