What you will need:

• 30ml Malibu
• 15ml Coconut syrup
• A dash of lime juice
• 30ml Pineapple juice
• Soda water
• A handful of ice

Method

• Start by adding a handful of ice to your desired glass
• Add in the Malibu, pineapple juice, lime juice and coconut syrup to the glass and then top it up with some soda water
• Stir through and garnish with a lime wedge
• Serve and enjoy!
