What you will need:

• 30ml Gin
• 30ml Elderflower liqueur 
• Prosecco
• 4 Peach slices from a can
• 4 Basil leaves
• Honey
• A dash of lemon juice
• A handful of ice
• Muddler

To garnish:

• A peach slice 
• A sprig of basil

Method

• Start by popping in the peaches, basil and a drizzle of honey into your desired glass and muddle it down
• Add in the lemon juice, gin, elderflower liqueur and ice
• Top up the glass with prosecco and gently stir through
• Garnish with a peach slice on a skewer with a sprig of mint
• Serve and enjoy!
