This is a fun one for Easter! I even swapped out the alcohol for choccy milk for the kids.

Cocktail → Video

What you will need:

• 60ml Vodka
• 120ml Baileys
• A dash of vanilla essence 
• 1/4 Can condensed milk, mixed with yellow food colouring
• A handful of ice
• Cocktail shaker

 To garnish:

• Melted chocolate to rim the glass
• Creme caramel egg on a skewer

Method

• Start by rimming the glass with the melted chocolate and pop the glass into the fridge to set
• Add the ice, vodka, baileys and vanilla essence to your cocktail shaker and give it a good shake
• Add a couple of tablespoons of the condensed milk to the bottom of your glass and pour the cocktail over the top
• Garnish with the creme caramel egg on a skewer
• Serve and enjoy!
