Cinnamon & Apple Baked Oatmeal

This literally taste like cake for breakfast made from loads of good ingredients! It’s a chuck, stir and bake. You can’t go wrong... YUM x

What you will need:

  • 2 Cups quick oats
  • 2x Eggs
  • 1 Cup apple sauce
  • 85g butter, melted
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 Apple, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 Cup natural yogurt
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract




      • Preheat your oven to 190 °C and line a baking pan with baking paper
      • Place all the ingredients, except for the apple slices, into a mixing bowl and stir until combined well
      • Pour batter into the baking pan and place the apple slices over the top with a sprinkle some cinnamon on top
      • Bake for 35 mins
      • Serve with some natural yogurt and enjoy!
