This literally taste like cake for breakfast made from loads of good ingredients! It’s a chuck, stir and bake. You can’t go wrong... YUM x

What you will need:
- 2 Cups quick oats
- 2x Eggs
- 1 Cup apple sauce
- 85g butter, melted
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 Apple, sliced
- 1/4 Cup maple syrup
- 1/4 Cup natural yogurt
- 1 Tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat your oven to 190 °C and line a baking pan with baking paper
- Place all the ingredients, except for the apple slices, into a mixing bowl and stir until combined well
- Pour batter into the baking pan and place the apple slices over the top with a sprinkle some cinnamon on top
- Bake for 35 mins
- Serve with some natural yogurt and enjoy!
