Prep: 10 mins | Serves: 4-6
What you will need:
- 30 Petite Pavlovas
- 600ml Thickened cream
- 1 Tbsp icing sugar
- Fruit of your choice chopped up (I have used strawberries, blueberries, kiwis and peaches)
- Passionfruit pulp
- Mint leaves
Method
- Start by placing the thickened cream and icing sugar into a bowl and whisk until light and fluffy. I used a Thermomix to whip mine up
- Place 8 petite pavlovas in a circle and one in the middle on to your serving platter to create the base
- Spoon on some of the thickened cream on top of the pavlovas and use the back of the spoon to smooth over
- Layer on another circle of 5 pavlovas with one in the middle on top of the cream and then add another layer of cream on top
- Keep layering with another 4 pavlovas with cream on top and then add the last pavlova for the 'tree top'
- Place your chopped up fruit all around the tree and drizzle over some passionfruit pulp
- Add in a couple of mint leaves to garnish
- Serve and enjoy!
